If you have been unlucky enough to sit in a doctors waiting room you will appreciate that when an appointment is given it is best to be there, as it only knocks other peoples appoints back. The healthcare industry is notorious for moving you from room to room, this is were digital signage can be used to reduce the perceived waiting time.
