Truth in Advertising – Let’s Read The Fine Print

Advertising fine print gets more amusing as technologies change. Are captions such as – “sequences shortened” and “overseas model shown” really required and why do we allow advertisers to use them? Are we customers not smart enough to recognize that “toys do not speak” or are advertisers merely heading off product returns, complaints and lawsuits at the pass?
